Dietzler Farms is a family owned and operated specialty beef ranch in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Located just 90 miles northwest of Chicago, we are the source for premium, dry aged beef for top restaurants and discerning families throughout the Midwest. Breeding animals with the best genetics, our farm has been raising healthy, natural steers and heifers for more than a decade.
We raise each animal on our farms, feeding Hereford and Angus breeds our custom diet of an alfalfa and hay mix and non- genetically modified corn and soybeans. Our animals are raised naturally, so our steers and heifers are never given any antibiotics or artificial hormones.
Dietzler Farms caters to individuals, families and chefs looking for tender, flavorful beef. Our family and our staff stand behind raising beef to a higher standard, and it shows with every cut of beef we sell, from our steaks to our burgers.
