Dietzler Farms is located in southern Wisconsin in Walworth County on the edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest.  The land in this area is gently rolling and there are numerous spring-fed lakes in the area, the largest being Lake Geneva.

The mission of Dietzler Farms is to raise healthy beef cattle that yield tender, flavorful meat.

To do that, we started by purchasing breeding stock whose offspring would meet our criteria.  Hereford cows are among the most docile of breeds and we were fortunate to begin with Herefords because they set the standard for good herd behavior and how we expect our cows to behave.  No one wants to tend cows that are aggressive or dangerous.  Gradually we introduced Angus bulls and Angus cows into our herd and today we have an outstanding herd of Angus influenced cows and some purebred Herefords.
